Applicant Privacy Notice

Safeway Couriers collects information you submit in an employment or independent-contractor application, including contact details, work history, qualifications, and job-related answers. We use this information to evaluate your application, communicate with you, and, where legally permitted, verify job-related information. We may share application information with authorized Safeway Couriers personnel and with service providers that support recruiting, hosting, email, and (when separately authorized) background screening. We do not sell applicant information. Safeway Couriers uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect applicant information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Application records are retained for approximately two years, or longer if required by law, a related claim, or an open hiring process, then securely deleted or archived according to company retention settings.
